In this position, I work with Employee Experience (EX) Clients across different regions and help customize and build out their Employee Experience Programs.
• Engage customers in a consultative capacity and providing specialized expertise around the Employee Experience (EX) products.
• Responsible for the implementation of a client’s EX products from the time that the product was sold to the time that the client launches the product.
• Responsible for both technical and business tasks including managing customer expectations and satisfaction, configuring Qualtrics EX products based on best practices and customer requirements, coordinating interdepartmental activities within Qualtrics.
• Create processes to ensure high quality of implementation standard and healthy knowledge sharing within the team.
